Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and AI Assistant Pro, (“Company”, “we” or “us”) and governs your use of the AI Assistant application (the “Application”).

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Application.

License

AI Assistant Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Application for your own personal or commercial use. You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Application.

Ownership

The Application is owned and copyrighted by AI Assistant Pro. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Application and is not a sale of any rights in the Application. All rights, title and interest in and to the Application, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Assistant Pro.

Use of the Application

You may use the Application for your own personal or commercial use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Assistant Pro makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the Application, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Application and related documentation are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

AI Assistant Pro shall not be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or any other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Application. In no event will AI Assistant Pro be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Application. AI Assistant Pro may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by AI Assistant Pro.

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
